The CHCA was created in 1984. The CHCA is a non-profit organization and our purpose is to exercise, promote, and protect the privileges and interests of the residents of the hamlet of Centerport; to foster a healthy interest in the civic affairs of the community; to develop good citizenship; and to inquire into civic abuses and to seek redress thereof; and to secure by lawful means greater government accountability to taxpayers. The CHCA shall endeavor to share information impacting the well being of the community, and to support the concerns of its citizens. The CHCA shall be non-partisan and apolitical
